Message	as important as his. The guy has to know you have a right to park in your own complex just as he does. As long as you are not disturbing the peace he must learn to live with some things in an apartment complex. FUCK him, I had a guy like this at a complex I lived in yrs ago. I told the guy, if I am doing something wrong report it and let the manager or cops tell me what it is I am doing wrong. Oterwise he could bite me. I mean there are certain things you have to live with in a complex.
